AIR APAC (Center for AI Readiness in Asia Pacific) is an independent, vendor-neutral specification publisher and research center. It publishes AIRS-J/1, a public standard for managerial judgment in AI-enabled work: nine dimensions under four domains, published non-claims, and governance provisions that bind AIR APAC itself. The Standard is published as v1.0; its certification programme is in development, so no credential is issued and no instrument is approved yet. Credential verification, when certifications exist, will be free and public. Its research includes the AI Readiness Pulse, a quarterly outside-in benchmark of public AI readiness signals across APAC organisations, and the six readiness components behind the Scorecard. Scores on the Pulse reflect public-signal strength, not verified internal capability. AIR APAC does not sell software, does not accept technology-vendor funding, and does not sell training, diagnostics, or advisory to any organisation inside an open measurement period. Readiness guidance never depends on buying any product.
