In the online courses, every homework is a task from your own work, so the artefact you finish with is one you use on Monday. The workshops use cases written for each programme, with an optional session on your own work.
The cases put the group inside decisions of the kind their own work contains. They are not quizzes or textbook cases.
Indhran Seghar, author of AIRS-J/1, the Standard for Judgment in AI-Enabled Work, teaches the Level 1 course and runs every clinic in its founding cohort. From the second cohort, a facilitator trained on this material takes the clinics.

An optional assessment on StepSim, booked separately, leads to certification. Exeter Labs operates the sitting and AIR APAC decides the result. If you certify, your result is listed in the free public register for two years.
