AI Readiness Scorecard
Assess your readiness across six dimensions.
Fifteen minutes. Thirty questions. Six dimensions: leadership, data, skills, process, governance, and culture. The diagnostic surfaces the barriers most likely to derail AI initiatives before capital is committed. Designed in collaboration with the AIR APAC Academic Council, drawing on peer-reviewed research and field experience across APAC organisations.
The Scorecard is a self-assessment across the Six Dimensions of organisational readiness. It contextualises results against the around 5,000 organisations in the AIR APAC AI Readiness Pulse, Q2 2026. The Pulse measures outside-in public signal; the Scorecard measures the organisation behind it. Read the methodology.
How the Scorecard relates to the Pulse
The Scorecard does not affect your RPS.
The Scorecard is a live self-assessment. The Pulse is an outside-in public-signal benchmark. They are separate instruments that, used together, reveal whether a gap exists between what your organisation can do and what the market can see.
