The questions leaders are facing today

Most AI failures are not technology failures. They are readiness failures: unclear decision rights, ungoverned data, and leaders who approve AI without understanding what it changes about how work gets done.

Readiness organisations have already done the unglamorous work: mapped their processes, governed their data, and aligned leadership before touching a vendor. Experimenting organisations start with a pilot and discover the gaps midstream.

The AIR APAC Scorecard benchmarks your organisation across six weighted dimensions against 1,000 others in the region. The AI Use-Case Preparedness Audit tests one specific use case in two weeks.

Enough that most pilots never reach production. Process and Data readiness together account for 35 percent of the AIR APAC Six Dimensions score, larger than Leadership readiness alone.

Diagnose before committing capital. Benchmark against the evidence, turn findings into a focused roadmap with a clear stop-list, and build the internal capability to lead the effort rather than outsourcing judgment to a vendor.
