For chief executives, founders and owner-leaders: large decisions made with AI advice

At the top of a company, AI advice now arrives fast and sounds certain. You still decide what the company commits to, what to postpone and when to change course, and you carry the result. AIR Academy works with leadership teams on those decisions, with practice on real cases rather than lectures about AI tools.

The decisions

The decisions a leader practises

Case files are written for your sector, and the leadership team practises on them together.

  1. What to commit to now, and what to postpone

Separate the decision that must be made this month from the ones that can wait for better evidence.

  2. What the AI proposal rests on

Find the one assumption that, if it is wrong, changes the decision, and check it before money is committed.

  3. Who must agree, and who carries the result

Name the people whose agreement the decision needs, and say clearly when AI drafted the proposal.

  4. When to change course

Write down, before acting, what result would make the team stop, adjust or continue, and when it will check.

Leadership groups

Deciding Under Uncertainty with AI

What to decide now, what to postpone, and when to change course. One day or two days, or a four-week cohort for a leadership group.

The facilitated editions are led in person. Participants practise decisions on StepSim, the AIR APAC decision simulator built by Exeter Labs. A separate, optional assessment can lead to certification under AIRS-J/1, the AIR APAC Standard for Judgment in AI-Enabled Work.
