About six minutes each
One idea per video, in plain language, from someone who does the work. No tool tour, no vendor demonstration, no stock footage of smiling people.
The training arm of AIR APAC teaches the people who decide to work with AI and stay accountable for the result. The courses are short, they are built on real tasks from your own desk, and they are kept apart from measurement.
No course video has been recorded yet
The same four commitments in every programme, whatever its length.
One idea per video, in plain language, from someone who does the work. No tool tour, no vendor demonstration, no stock footage of smiling people.
Every week carries one task on your own city or your own organisation. No sample data, and no case study from another industry.
Sixty minutes a week with the instructor, optional, on one fixed weekday. Bring what you drafted and fix it live.
You finish with one page you use on Monday, read by a person and returned with written comments inside a week.
Each entry states its format, who it is for, its price or that it is free, what the participant receives, and its status today. Where a status says a build or a date is outstanding, it is outstanding.

Managers and knowledge workers, in any sector

The modules and the workbook. No cohort layer and no artefact
In preparation, no date. Record modules 1 to 3 first, test, then decide
Decks, scripts and a workbook are done. Nothing is recorded
Six weeks for a destination organisation and its partners, with a weekly live call, four assessed assignments and a StepSim capstone. This is not the AI Ready Leader: that is a separate executive cohort of eight to twelve organisations, described under the flagship cohort on the programmes page, and no part of it leads into this.
Cohort, six weeks, ten modules, one live call a week
Destination organisations and their partners
USD 12,000 per sponsored cohort of up to 25
A Record of Completion, on an assessed capstone
The design exists. The build starts after the Level 1 founding cohort runs
Four assignments, marked, plus a StepSim capstone
A separate assessment on StepSim, operated by Exeter Labs and decided by AIR APAC under Section 12 of the Standard. It sits outside the training arm. No course awards it, and no purchase changes the outcome.
An assessment sitting on StepSim, booked separately
Anyone. Level 2 completers are the usual route
Founding sittings are free. The list fee is set by AIR APAC before the first paid sitting
A certifying result with its band, confidence and track, valid two years, listed in the public register
Open, through the Standard
Two years. Reassessment is a full sitting
Six to eight weeks online for trainer partners, with one live session a week, practice on synthetic groups, and a capstone session with a real group. Completion certifies the trainer, and the licence to run StepSim sessions comes with it.
Online, six to eight weeks, one live session a week
Trainer partners and consultants who will run StepSim sessions
Not published. The fee is proposed and not yet ruled on
Exeter Labs issues the certification and the licence
The outline exists. No cohort has run yet
Run inside the facilitator's own programmes, in their own name
Half day, one day and two day programmes for organisations are described on the programme formats page.
Not a facilitator reading slides. The instructor runs every clinic in the Level 1 founding cohort. From the second cohort, and in the other programmes, a facilitator trained on this material takes the clinics.
No sample data. No case study from another industry. The artefact you finish with is one you use on Monday.
Training content never enters a certifying item bank. Certification is a separate assessment on a separate instrument, and no purchase changes its outcome.
