The decision behind the request

  1. Take one request you received this week: from your manager, a client, or a colleague.
  2. Write the request in one line. Under it, write the decision that someone will make because of it, in one sentence.
  3. Write what is fixed: the thing nobody may change.
  4. If you asked an AI assistant for help with the request, compare: did it answer the request, or the decision?
