- Take one decision you will act on this week where an AI assistant drafted something: an email, an analysis, a plan.
- Write who must agree before it is acted on, and who must know afterwards.
- Write whether they know AI drafted it. If not, decide whether to say so, and how.
- Write what in this work you would not hand to AI at all.
