Hand over the drafting. Keep the decision.

Ten modules for managers and knowledge workers in any field, free when it opens. It carries the desk discipline of Level 1 into general knowledge work: what to hand to an engine, how to brief it, how to check what comes back, and who owns the result.

Fit

Who it is for, and who it is not for

For

Managers who delegate work and answer for it

People in any sector who hand work to other people today and will hand some of it to an engine tomorrow. The course assumes no technical background and teaches no tool.

Not for

Anyone who wants a single tool taught, or a live cohort

This is not tool training, it is not a cohort, and it carries no clinic, no assessment and no artefact. The tourism-specific version of the same discipline is the free Level 1 course for city officers.

What it will cover

The same spine as Level 1, in general terms

Four moves, in this order, on the participant's own work rather than on a sample case.

  • Sort. Decide what an engine may draft, what it may help with, and what it must not own.
  • Brief. Describe the task so the result is usable, with the context and the ground rules attached.
  • Review. Find the plausible errors in polished output, and verify a claim against a named record.
  • Own. Keep one accountable person on every AI-assisted task, and say who that is.

The ten modules map onto those four moves. The module titles are published when the build is.
