Published 30 September 2026 Evidence Organisations and places
AI Readiness Pulse, Q2 2026.
1,000 organisations published by name, from 5,820 candidates screened across 23 markets and six sectors. The Pulse names what the public signals show. It does not rank. This page is the edition: the Regional Report first, then the 22 country dossiers, then the notes on how to read it.

What the score means
Public-evidence visibility, not verified readiness
1. The Regional Report
The whole edition in one document: the 23-market picture, the six visibility tiers, and the method notes for the quarter.

AI Readiness Pulse, Q2 2026, Regional Report
Reads the 23 markets together: where the published 1,000 sit, which sectors carry the visible signal, and what the evidence gate removed before scoring.
PDF, 132 pages, 10.7 MB. Not yet published on the live site.
2. The country reports, A to Z
22 dossiers, one for each scored market, 20 pages each. Every dossier opens direct from the live site, and the market page carries the same figures. Macau is the 23rd market: it carries no benchmark block, so it is reported as contextual and unranked, and has no dossier.

The data behind this edition
One row per published organisation: rank, name, domain, market, sector, RPS, adjusted RPS, visibility tier and evidence confidence. The CSV opens direct, with no form and no email address.
What this edition does not claim
- It does not rank the published organisations against each other as a measure of capability. The score is public-evidence visibility, so a cross-market read is a composite of readiness and observability.
- It does not present the 1,000 as the most AI-ready organisations in Asia Pacific. They are the 1,000 with the strongest published evidence in this quarter's screened universe.
- It does not claim that a market missing from the dossiers has no activity. Macau carries no benchmark block and is reported as contextual and unranked.
- It does not certify anyone. The Pulse rates organisations; AIRS-J/1 certifies individuals through a separate assessment on the official instrument.
The full list of limits, at the same detail they are held internally, is published as what this index cannot tell you.

Read the market you need
Every scored market has a page with its headline reading, its three headline stats, its dossier and the reconciliation of the counts. The sector and tier views sit beside it.
